Strong Valley Newsletter: January 2020

It’s a new year, and a new decade! Part of the Strong Valley brand and culture is our commitment to continually innovating personal and business wealth management – and part of that effort comes from active client feedback and engagement.  Our hope is that you view every communication we send out as an opportunity for interactive dialogue, not just a one-way broadcast of information.  So, whether it is our regular newsletter or even a regular account statement, we’d love to hear how we can best be of help. With that in mind, here is what is on tap for Strong Valley clients this first month of the new year:

Quick-and-Easy Feedback: Two-Minute / Two-Question Survey

Personal one-on-one interactions are the most valuable way we get client feedback, but sometimes the most efficient for both our clients and for Strong Valley is through a quick short survey. This survey addresses two very simple checkbox/multiple-choice questions.  The first question is just a quick indicator of how Strong Valley is doing in general.  The second question has to do with some planned changes to our newsletter content.

Based on initial feedback to date, we are considering offering two different newsletters moving forward, with the second newsletter being geared more for business owners.  Both newsletters will contain general financial and market commentary, but the second will focus more on business ownership and related financial topics.  Everyone will get the information (our current newsletter) for private investments, and but now there is an option for even more content targeting business issues.

Optional Questions

After the two main questions, for those willing to spend another couple of minutes, you will have the opportunity to provide even more feedback that will help us prioritize our content and shape the type of information we communicate.  Most of the questions are simple multiple choice / multiple selection, but there are a couple of places for you to provide direct feedback and information.  Of course, beyond the survey, we hope that you’ll always feel free to reach out and add your voice to shaping the Strong Valley community and experience.

Your feedback is greatly appreciated and helpful in shaping the Strong Valley community and experience. You can take this short survey here

The old model of simple diversification using a 60/40 split between US Stocks and Bonds may need to be expanded away from simple two-asset classes into a more diversified approach. Strong Valley takes each client situation into account and implements more complex strategies and models where applicable.
